When I first wrote this post around 3 years ago I had just recently learned about the power of Pinterest. It was months after hearing the name before I finally decided to check out what all the excitement was about. Well, here we are, maybe 3 or more years later. New Online Resource I found today: contains resources for food stamps, shelters and more.

Being grateful for what you have will make a big difference in what you will continue to have. I encourage you to write down 10 things that you are grateful for today. Read this daily, keep it at your bedside, then on the days that you really feel you have nothing to be grateful for, read the list a few times, I promise it can make you feel better. I do silly things like post motivational sayings around my home. At one time I even had one on the bathroom mirror that said SMILE. I would see it and smile. You feel different when you smile, especially at your face.

For more inspiration create a dream board. Take a large piece of paper and write all the words that inspire you, freedom, mother, successful business owner and such. Then paste your photo in the middle and embilish it with sparkes and such. Then hang this on your refridgerator. You will see it daily, eventually you can’t help but be inspired.

RESOURCES: Check out blogroll this site for updated links.

Inspiring women one thought, one dream, one step at a time by gently showing them after one door closes how to find the key and strength to open another!
